PRESIDENT’S NOTE,
Members present allowed for a regular busines meeting, which opened at 1:01 pm. There were enough members to conduct a regular business meeting. The next meeting will be on March 18, 2023.
VICE PRESIDENT,
SECRETARY,
Katie made a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting as printed in the newsletter. Debbie seconded the motion, and all members were in favor.
TREASURER’S REPORT,
A check was sent to Carolyn Cannon for the club Web site for 2023. There was no other action from the Club funds. Current balance is $1,734.59. Ray made a motion to receive the Treasurer’s report, Angelo seconded and all members approved.
GOVERNOR’S REPORT,
A follow up on the National event insurance, we now have coverage the cost has not yet been reported, most likely it will be explained at the next National meeting. Region & National for possible rule changes, will be addressed at the next national meeting. The current scheduled of events is in flux due ti a change in racing venues.
Anyone wishing to make a suggestion reference rules changes to the NCCC or to the East Ohio Standing rules should use the following method.

Facebook page has been updated. Katie will be handling any additions that you may wish to add to the Facebook page or the WEB site. WEB site address is medinacorvetteclub.com

Medina Corvette Club Corvette Show, Funkhana & Rallye July 8 & 9, 2023.
Is there any interest in going to either the Northfield track or Thistledown?
COMMITTEES,
With approval of our events for July 8 & 9, 2023 we still have 3 events that we can use. Anyone interested in chairing a Corvette Show at Advanced Auto Parts, you have until the February 25 to come forward. Otherwise, Bill will set up 3 Rallies near his busines in Boardman.
OLD BUSINESS.
The Web site is completed and there is a section to allow for members only access. We will be adding member information to this section. Ray will be sending out short instructions on how to access this page.
NEW BUSINESS,
Rich will be ordering club contact cards (for members) for distribution to prospective members.
MEMBER ACTIVITIES,
Rich & Debbie went to breakfast the other day and were very disappointed in “First Watch”. Cold food. Anyone who would like to save members from similar fate at an eatery. The newsletter will now have a section for that purpose. Also accepting eateries that you have found to be of a superior nature would be appreciated.
